ENROLMENT ENQUIRY 

If you have any enrolment questions, please call the school office on 02 7256 2142.  If you prefer for us to contact you, please complete our enrolment enquiry form and we will be in touch. (Note: this is not the enrolment application)

STEP 1 – SUBMIT AN ENROLMENT APPLICATION FORM 

To apply, please complete the enrolment application form, or you’re most welcome to collect an enrolment pack from our school office. When you’re ready, submit your completed form along with the required supporting documents via email to shp@dbb.catholic.edu.au.

• Birth Certificate
• Sacramental certificates (if applicable)
• Child’s current immunisation record

Please note submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

STEP 2 – INTERVIEW

Both the enrolling student and at least one parent/care must please attend the interview.

Once we receive your application, our administration team will contact you to schedule an interview time. Interviews take place shortly after the submission of the application and run throughout the school year.

STEP 3 – OUTCOME

Following your interview, we will contact you regarding your application outcome.

The outcome of your enrolment application is based on our Enrolment Principles which can be found here.

STEP 4 – SIGN LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

To secure your position, we ask that you return the signed Enrolment Acceptance Letter by the requested date. We will then provide you with transition dates and welcome your family to our school community.

Parents of a student with a disability, seeking enrolment in an Eileen O’Connor Catholic School Support Class, can enquire through the Eileen O’Connor Catholic School Website.

Support Class Locations (K-6 in 2025)

• St Martin’s Catholic Primary School, Davidson
• St John the Apostle Catholic Primary School, Narraweena
• Prouille Catholic Primary School, Wahroonga
• St Brendan’s Catholic Primary School, Lake Munmorah
• St John the Baptist Catholic School, Woy Woy

• Autism and/or Mild – Moderate Intellectual Disability

Application Process

• Complete the Primary School Enrolment form selecting Eileen O’Connor Catholic School
• Submit to eocs@dbb.catholic.edu.au along with supporting diagnostic reports
