Extracurricular Activities

Sacred Heart offers a wide range of extracurricular activities led by specialist tutors and external providers. These include music, sport, language, performing arts, STEM, and support services—all held on or near school grounds for your convenience.

BAND

  • Delivered by Teaching Services Australia, instrumental lessons focus on inclusion, student engagement, and wellbeing. Available for students in Years 3-6, sessions are held on Thursdays, before, during, and after school.

CHESS

  • Chess helps develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Coaching classes are held in the library before school on Tuesdays.

CHINESE

DANCE

  • Classical Ballet, Jazz & Funky Jazz classes are held in the Hall after school.  For more details, contact lyndaatkinson26@gmail.com

NETBALL

PIANO & SINGING

  • Individual lessons are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays during school hours.

SOCCER

SPEECH

  • All Communication Matters offers speech therapy sessions on-site, available on Tuesdays during the day.

  • Students explore STEM principles, build Logo robotic models, and learn block coding.
