Enrolment Process

Enrol now at Sacred Heart. 

Thank you for your interest in enrolling at Sacred Heart Pymble.  We look forward to welcoming your family.

Sacred Heart offers the perfect environment for fostering your child’s learning and personal development.

Our school boasts ample, well-maintained grounds that include an oval, netball courts, and a swimming pool, complemented by innovative classrooms designed to cater to student’s individual learning needs.  Moreover, we offer a diverse range of extracurricular activities to enrich our students’ educational journey.

Our esteemed teaching staff take pride in catering to the diverse needs of each student, with a strong emphasis on student well-being to ensure academic and emotional success.

Step 1: School tour and enquiry

We cordially invite you to experience our school first-hand through a private school tour.

To arrange this or to find out more, please fill out our enrolment enquiry form and we will be in touch.

Step 2: Complete and submit the form found here.

Download and complete the enrolment application form or you are most welcome to collect an enrolment pack from the school office.

Complete and submit the enrolment application form, together with the requested supporting documentation listed below.  This can be submitted, in person, to our school office or via email.

  • Birth Certificate,
  • Sacramental certificates (if applicable)
  • Child’s current immunisation record

Please refer to the checklist within the enrolment application to ensure all applicable documentation accompanies your application.

Please note submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Step 3: Interview

Both the enrolling student and at least one parent/care must attend the interview.

Once we receive your application, our administration team will contact you to schedule an interview time. Interviews take place shortly after the submission of the application and run throughout the school year.

 

Step 4: Outcome

Following your interview, we will contact you regarding your application outcome.

The outcome of your enrolment application is based on our Enrolment Principles which can be found here.

 

Step 5: Return Acceptance Form (if applicable)

To secure your position, we ask that you return the Enrolment Acceptance Form by the requested date.

We will then provide you with transition dates and welcome your family to our school community.
